This past Sunday we went to the Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival) at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. It was beautiful. The weather was overcast with the sun breaking through from time to time and there was a bit of a chill in the air. The weather couldn't have been better.
The cherry blossoms were wonderful, as you can see here. It is also tulip time. The different colors and flavors of tulips were amazing. Each had their own look, color and name. If you come to visit in June the roses will be out.
We went over to see the apartment afterwards (we are very close to the gardens) and it's looking great! We are almost ready to move in. As a matter of fact, we've scheduled the movers for Saturday, May 5th.
Google is going great and Amy's interviews are as well. Everything is just moving along.
